That’s not a racial comment, it’s a commentary on religious fundamentalism.

Fundamentalist Christians are generally just as hateful and bigoted as fundamentalist Muslims when they’re in a position to hold power over others.

Fundamentalist Jews aren’t much fun either, there just aren’t as many of them. That said, perhaps you’re familiar with their work in the West Bank.

Hamas, the Iranian regime, ISIS, and many other groups and theocratic governments exist across the Middle East where they brutally oppress their own people, abuse women and LGBTQ, and make war on those they consider to be outsiders.

Are you seriously claiming that isn’t true?

It's very interesting how people who will enthusiastically decry fundamentalist Christians in the US will shout "racism" when you try to apply the same thinking to fundamentalist Muslims, even though the differences between the two are basically only cosmetic.

Also, what year was it specifically that Palestine was this peaceful land of the free you’re talking about?
